Design Build Services
East Corp. offers complete design/build services for both electrical and fire alarm systems. The design build process allows for East Corp. to be involved through the entire construction process; conceptual stage, design/selection development, construction documentation, and final install and programming.
East Corp. provides service sizing, schematics, on-line diagrams, interior and exterior lighting applications (complete with photometrics and professional submittals), the most cost effective products for application, rebates per energy code and power wiring requirements. In addition to electrical, complete design and install of fire alarm systems, complete with riser diagrams, battery calculations, professional submittals, NFPA reports and UL listed monitoring services (DACT or Masterbox applications).
All of these services allow for East Corp. to input suggestions for budget controls, product selection and time savings. Contracting East Corp. for the design/build provides a “Direct Link of Communication” between the customer and the final install. In addition to the many benefits of the design/build process, this model also provides a tremendous benefit for future maintenance. East Corp. will coordinate our efforts with other contractors or collaborate with, and be a part your team.
